I’m hosting a series of events in support of Christine Quinn’s campaign for Mayor. We just had our first event at Brass Monkey in the West Village.
So, if you’re looking to meet some incredible people in support of an incredible woman, the next event is June 25th and all are welcome!

She is feminine and fabulous in every single way; Lucy is a Fire Island Pines veteran and knows to bring a cute outfit for any weather type. She’s both a reliable companion and a boy magnet! What else could you ask for in a dog?
I attended the Mobile Media Upfront on Monday and one of the topics of discussion was “Mobile addressability.”
Speaking on this particular subject was:
Michael Rosen - VP Online Sales, AT&T AdWorks
Mohan Renganathan - SVP, Group Director, Digital & Innovation, Mediavest
AT&T AdWorks just announced the newest advancement in audience targeting: AT&T AdWorks’ Blueprint. Michael Rosen was very eager to discuss AT&T AdWorks’ Blueprint audience targeting effort, which is segmented for mobile, digital and TV. Mobile Blueprint leverages more than 250 demographic, psychographic and contextual audience attributes culled from anonymous AT&T subscriber data, enabling brands to appeal to consumers regardless of mobile device type or operating system.
AT&T AdWorks’ offerings sound similar to Verizon Selects and Sprint’s Pinsight Media+ because they’re missing that Holy Grail that everyone is waiting for: the ability to track an individual across all three platforms. Although it is possible to run campaigns targeting the same group across all three platforms, it is not possible to track the same individual user. Additionally, Mohan Renganathan from Mediavest questions whether or not mobile addressability is truly scalable or if it’s just another shiny object. Mobile needs to be approached differently than online was approached, but thus far the industry seems to be repeating itself.
It has become so predictable…
Spring: I push those winter blankets back and everything is new. There is an obnoxious smile on my face and a monstrous taste for adventure in my mouth.

Iceland — a quick six hour flight.
A museum focused on exhibiting, preserving and fostering the creation of LGBTQ art and artists. I discovered the Leslie + Lohman museum last week when they hosted an event for Lambda Legal. If you have a chance, check it out! I think it’s something worth supporting.

The current exhibition is: Paul Thek and His Circle in the 1950s.
